Help with Errors found: B10AA-4A - Control configuration PROXI

Post by iCabido » 27 May 2019, 11:08

Hello, someone can help me with Errors found: B10AA-4A - Control configuration PROXI? When I relate the alignment I get that error and I can not finish the alignment or while I do almost all the elements are out of time.
What may be happening? It had never happened to me before in the same vehicle.

From the Fiat 500X Service Manual:

334- 500X - Check Configuration Failed -Incorrect component installed B10AA-4A

If you are doing a Custom Proxy Data load then the data you are trying to load may be incorrect.

Also found this info:

Have you tried clearing the B10AA fault. Turning the ignition off. Turning the ignition on and checking for the DTC again? If clear try the Proxy again.

Thank you for responding and you answered, it has been helpful.
Now I can do proxy alignment and everything goes ok.
But I get the following errors:
Errors found:
B1040-64
B1033-64
U2066-87
U2055-87
U2054-87
Do you know how I can solve it? I have deleted it but it will come back, I understand that it is referring to uconncet 6.5 "The vehicle is the same as always and no new things have been installed.

B1040-64 = Radio_Frequency_Hub_Module(FULL)_Continental\ --> Operational Mode Status info 1 - Signal plausibility failure B1040-64
B1033-64 = Radio_Frequency_Hub_Module(FULL)_Continental\ --> Operational Mode Status 1 - Signal plausibility failure B1033-64
U2066-87 - I have no information
U2055-87 = Radio_Frequency_Hub_Module(FULL)_Continental\ --> BCM_COMMAND message 3 - Missing message U2055-87
U2054-87 = Radio_Frequency_Hub_Module(FULL)_Continental\ --> BCM_COMMAND message 2 - Missing message U2054-87

So for some reason the vehicle is not happy with uConnect/Radio set-up.

If you delete the errors AND DO NOT attempt a PROXI again then

1) Does your uConnect work OK?
2) After several vehicle start/stop cycles do the errors re-appear?
3) Is your odometer NOT flashing which would indicating there IS NOT PROXi issue?

If the answers are:

1) YES
2) NO
3) YES

Then I would just not worry and ignore. It is not uncommon for vehicles to show have unexplained error codes appearing.

I would add that when multiple different errors occur then this is often an indication of poor battery power, poor main electrical connections especially the main vehicle earth/negative connection.
