Problema reconocimiento Uconnect 5" ducato amplificador externo

Good Morning,
I own a Fiat Ducato 2.3 multiyet II, year of purchase 2017 camper. I have recently installed an external amplifier model MACROM DSPA.401 and rear speakers. The canbus check that the control unit makes to the radio identifies as a fault that the signal now has to go through the amplifier and not directly to the front speakers. Giving error as if the circuit had been opened (error B1400-030 B1404-13)
How can I modify the canbus check to the Uconnect 5 "radio and allow signal output to the amplifier?
The wiring installation is correct, a special Fiat plug & play cable has been used.
I would appreciate help.
