Fiat Ducato. New Airbag ECU

Newbi here. I have a Fiat Ducato 2015 3.0L 250. I have just purchased a new Airbag ECU, and need to code it to the vehicle.
Pls advise what version of the Multiecuscan software I need and if I use a windows 10 with bluetooth, and I have a OBD bluetooth dongle, is that all the hardware I require?
Also, I had the new ECU cloned to my old one, but that does not seem to have worked. The new ECU has a different part number. Will multiecuscan overwrite the cloned code, and correctly code it? Thanks
