7'' Uconnect retrofit on FIAT 500X - 2015 - 1.4T 170hp 4x4 9ZF

Hello,

I have replaced my 5'' Uconnect with 7'' (Continental FIAT 334 7in VP2 EMEA GPS), it works so far but below issues occured after replacement.

1) KM flashing
2) Rearcam disappeared.
3) On Uconnect safety menus, i couldn't see and set front collusion warning like in the 5'' Uconnects menu (but sensor works, it warns and does emergency break)

I tried to extent proxi and changed some bytes mentioned in forums topics but it failed and engine and 9 speed ZF automatic transmission errors occured, then i return to orjinal (below) proxi from backup.

I couldn't have a chance to try carplay / AA because my car has only old type of AUX+USB from 5'' Uconnect.

Please tell me what you meant by "Uconnect 7 Active" in AlfaOBD? Is there any such option somewhere?

And by the way, you can try AA even with an old USB hub. It doesn't need a new one.

AlfaOBD has this section, after connecting to Body Computer go to Active Diagnostic then choose ''Car Configuration'' from list, then, inside, at the bottom of the list you will see ''Uconnect 7 Active''. I dont know what it is changing exactly, but before proxi extention, it doesn't allow me to enable it, but after extent the proxi to 250, it allowed.

Also ''DRL menu'' enabling is under ''Car Configuration'' list.

I know AA can be but right now i don't have an Android Device.

"Uconnect 7 Active" has nothing to do with your radio. it's not used in your car.

Yes, I couldn't see any difference either, the device worked with the previously extended proxy as well, I made both settings in a completely experimental way and aligned the proxy again and the vehicle accepted it. The 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th bytes, the 109th byte and the 235th byte seem to have changed, only according to the proxi previously extended.

I tried AA with my friends phone, it works like a charm even with an old firmware, mine has SW V. 23.00.81.00 (HW V. D2).
While trying Apple CarPlay nothing happen because of old USB but also no flickering happen during charging like in your case. It just charge as usual...

I also tray with length byte 235, byte 106-EB but AT9 has FAILED
Can I ask for help with this PROXI

I also tray with length byte 235, byte 106-EB but AT9 has FAILED

If it is same car with mine, without touching any bytes (except byte 106) of your original proxi, just extend it to 250 bytes and modify same like mine..

FYI .. I used MES 4.7 with blue and grey adapters during the procedure.

Before procedure delete any errors on body computer, disconnect ELM, close car, then connect adapter, switch the key to MAR position and connect to body computer then do proxi alingment again.

I just checked yours and modified as below.
