Fiat no longer has access to control units Activation of fog lights

Body Computer Ducato 290MCA Bj. 11.2022 After the fog lights have been activated, Fiat no longer has access to the control units
what can I do ??

I have the fog lights with Multiecuscan
unlocked
fiat can now no longer connect to the control devices
where could the problem be
