Air conditioning OFF Ducato edc16c39

Hello.
I have a 2009 Boxer (Ducato) (3.0, 160 PS) which has errors in the engine ECU P0530 and P0645. The car does not have air conditioning.The problem is that the radiator fans work after the engine is started. ECU was replased 2 years ago. Is someone can tell me how decode off the air conditioning from the engine by MES. Diagbox Show Air cond.. present.
