coding ducato

Hi guys can you point me in the right direction, i have a fiat ducato 2008, 2.2 puma engine, i have just fitted 4 new injectors, on the mulitcuscan they come up as 1, 2 ,3, 4,, do i code them as that, but have just seen the firing order is 1, 3, 4, 2, just a bit confused by it,

You code injectors to cylinders (1,2,3,4) and not by firing order.
