2014 Abarth Odometer Flashing

Just bought a 2014 Abarth and the odometer is constantly flashing. We were told it is because the car has an aftermarket Alpine stereo installed. Does anyone know how to stop the odometer from flashing?

proxi alignment will stop it from flashing.
