MES Support can be very busy at times. I gather support gets many Emails daily and therefore has to do some prioritising. Suggest you hang on for a while and you should get a response. Even as MOD here I sometimes have to wait a while :)

all sorted i have a very happy customer, car had been off the road for nearly two years after a fellow auto spark diagnosed (correctly) faulty air bag module but could not perform the proxi after several garages failed as well as me with 5 or 6 different scan tools i pulled the trigger and bought multiecu scan. trying to just buy dealer tooling now and no more after market scan tools but glad i bought this now.

the support was fantastic they told me which byte to change and the car is now fixed and can go for mot

thank you for the reply

Just for other's information can you explain a little more?

What car?
You had a faulty Aibag ECU so you replaced it?
After replacement it was unrecognised and Proxi did not help?
You changed one or more bytes and did the custom Proxi?
Other ?
