speedo tft change

hi all, yesterday i change my speedo to a abarth digital tft done a proxy all was going well until to day when a got into the today it flashed up some errors
1, check engine
2, esc
3, hill hold control unavailable
tried to do another proxy and it says all is good and dont need another alignment.
it has a brand new battery.
any comments please.............
