Alfa MiTo proxy log

Hello everyone.
I need help.
I put on my Mito 1.3 jtdm "progrssion" everything needed for VDC. (It wasn't in mine)
I made a lot of changes to the proxy configuration.
I broke everything that could be broken.
I found on this forum "proxy log" to mito and risking uploaded.
Everything started working but ...
"unavaileble alarm" is displayed, the car from which the log came apparently has one, unfortunately not mine.
To turn off you need a code. (I didn't get a second-hand code card)
By uploading the hex config, I changed my country to United Kingdom , Belgium was mine.
Does anyone know which cells are responsible for changing the country ?
Since I changed it means that it is possible, only I'm blindly afraid
