Punto Mk2B Connection

Good morning everyone,
I am posting here because I am suddenly having trouble connecting to my car ECU with Multiecuscan. It did work in the past but I'm not sure why it won't work anymore.
I am using Win 10, VAGCOM KKL cable and the red adaptor. I also have .NETFramework 3,5 installed.
I have attached some screen grabs of what my settings are and what happens when I am trying to connect.
