changing uconnect 3.5 "radio to 5" nav

Hi all,

i have change factory 3.5 "uconnect to 5" nav and do proxi everything work but i cant use usb port on uconnect also cant update firmware because usb failure ...

any idea?

did you get a solution to your issue in the end? was the cable seated correctly at the back of the unit. In in the process of going from 5in uConnect to 7 in uConnect and i can see on the back of the unit the grey square connector is essentially a mini USB which i presume is just extended to the one in the car? just a guess
