Doblo 152 problem proxi blue and me

Hallo
I have problem with my Fiat Doblo 152 2014. In my car is Blue and me, but control is dameged. I bought a second used.After the assembly I made a proxi procedure.From the car, the system blue and me is deleted.The steering wheel buttons do not work. In proxi procedura it does not even write to the unit convergence. Can you help me ?
