Multiecuscan

I just bought a Fiat 500e USA model. I want to change the mph to kph. Can i do this with MultiEcuScan? If i buy the multiplexed bundle, the cantiecat interface module can read/write the USA 500e? I heard the 500e has a different module and some elm327 kill the cars electronic system. Thanks!

you can change from mph to kph in the dash with the menu buttons in the car. No need for the multiecuscan for this purpose
