Fiat Ducato 2.2 2008 speed limit off

Hi all,
I have question about disable speed limit in Fiat Ducato/Citroen Jumper/Peugeot Boxer with engine 2.2 diesel engine with Visteon engine unit.
I have registered version 3.9R1 use ELM327 cable. When I scan car I can connect only to engine unit. In this case is Citroen Jumper. I can go to engine unit diagnostic, see dtc´s. All erased. Go to settings: speed limit. Click to no limit - confirm - after few seconds sw say failed. Is any specially noice for this?
