You can take the glass or plastic envelope off of those lights, and they still work. Some of the LED Chips" are to bright to look at directly.

Hi. I have experience in this kind of work. To activate LED DRL, you need to change 2 bytes in the Custom Proxy. 76 bytes DRL Type 20-bulb, 28-LED and 134 bytes from 80 to A0.
Which module do you need to do?

The module you need to access is the Body Computer.

Once there you need to go through the Proxi Alignment procedures.

This will entail

1) Getting and SAVING your current Proxi configuration. STORE THIS SAFELY AWAY.
2) Edit a COPY of you proxi config altering the relevant bytes(s)
3) Perform a Custom Proxi with the data file you just edited

Suggest you read the MES User Manual before attempting.

Are you sure this is for a Ducato X290?
In proxy data of a Ducato X290 of 2021 I read recently with LED DRL working:
byte 76 is A0
byte 134 is 20

Can anybody else confirm or add proxy data of X290?

Thanks a lot for your support!

Hi!
As you can read in Dmitrys post you have to change 2 bytes on positions 76 and 134.
If your byte 76 is now A0 then set it to A8
On your Byte 134 you have set LED DRL, so if you want you can change it to A0 - it enable DRL Drop-Out function also
The run proxi alignment procedure

I have MY2021 with DRL working with LED:
Byte 76 is A0
Byte 134 is 20

I have collected proxy data from several Ducatos MY2020/2021 with DRL working with LED:
Byte 76 is 00
Byte 134 is 00

I have collected proxy data from several Ducatos MY2021/2017 with DRL working with BULB:
Byte 76 is 20
Byte 134 is 80

Do I understand you correct that you mean it should be for DRL with LED:
Byte 76 is A8
Byte 134 is A0
