MES3.5 and Jeep Renegade 1.6JTD

Hi guys,

today, I received my ELM327 v1.4 cable and I purchased MES3.5 in order to interact with my vehicle. I correctly conected the application to my car and I fully connected to various ECUs. But I received an error trying to proceed to the Proxy alignment zone: MES reported that the connection was unreliable. The MES portal reports that there is no need of "special cable" to proceed to the alignment but only the same ELM327 is enough. Any clue on this issue?

Ps: During the cable test, there is an overall "OK" with a warning on a too high latency...

This is a known issue with R3.5 for both the 500X and Renegade.

MES Development have developed a fix which should be available in the next release.

Is there any news on the issue of the proxy on Renegade and 500X? Has the problem been fixed on MES 3.6?

Yes, everything works correct in Multiecuscan 3.6. You have to configure the interface as "ELM 327 1.3/1.4/1.4b/2.1 (High Speed)" in Multiecuscan.

Today I've tryied to align my proxy but it asked me to use all the adapter cables (A5 and A6). In the guide there's reported that the alignment is feasible just with the ELM cable... Is an error of the compatibility list or is an issue of the software?
