I'm not 100% sure because I don't have it, but according to the info on internet it has EML 327 v1.3a inside. So, it should work.

can´t await the new version with ELM 327 support. Currently I am using USB version of ELMScanmaster OEM (WG-Soft) with a USB ELMCanII adapter cable. Will that cable be supported as well?

I think it will be supported! Did you bought you interface on web page www.obd-2.de?
According to web page www.obd-2.de your USB ELMcanII adapter cable is ELM 327 1.3a version and yani in previous message wrote that for multiecuscan version 2.0 will be needed ELM 327 inteface v1.3 or newer.
