I'm not 100% certain but I suspect that if your odometer reads 50,000km and you use a tool to change it to 50,010km then the odometer last programming value will change to 50,000km.

This make logical sense but I have no idea if it actually does this.

So you are querying the 'e' between the two Odometer fields?

Sorry I thought in your original post the e was a typing error

I don't see this 'e'.

What vehicle are you connecting to?

@ ducatis4
It is very simple. You have few odometer counters on your car.
1st one is on dashboard,
2nd one is in engine ECU,
3rd one is also in engine ECU but only counts when odometer on dashboard has been changed with some software.

For example (#1):
On the dashboard there is 100 000 km.
In the engine ECU should be approximately 98 000 km.
Deference should be maximum 3% between those two counters.
If no one has changed odometer on dashboard, in the engine ECU in option for "last programming" should be 0 km.

But if someone wants to change odometer in dashboard, and we are going to take same data in example #1, lets say we will put 30 000 km less then before, we are going to have next data:
On the dashboard there is 70 000 km (100 000 – 30 000 = 70 000 km).
In the engine ECU should be approximately 98 000 km (as before).
In the engine ECU in option for "last programming" should be 100 000 km.

It is all depends which software and interfaces have been used to change odometer.

On the market there are few software and interfaces which can do that.
You have legal ones and clone ones.
The cheaper ones are in most cases clones and expensive ones are very professional.
Professional ones are very expensive (minimum 1500 €) and they can do great job.
They can also do changing odometer date via OBD cable in dashboard, in engine ecu odometer and "last programming" odometer in few minutes. Later when you check it with diagnostics you can see that they (odometers) are all OK.

I have the following situation.
Can you explain to me what this is about?
