Hi @ all

URGENT !! Just 15 minutes ago my Alfa 147 JTD 16v quit running-
Fault code is P1191 Fuel pressure .
Can anybody tell me which sensor it is.
Is it the rail pressure sensor, or is there another sensor?

It is the rail pressure. The sensor sits at the end of the fuel rail. Is there enough fuel in the tank? (heh-heh! sorry but it happens).
Is the cambelt ok? Check for fuel leaks from the high pressure pump to the fuel rail and the pipes from the fuel rail to the injectors.
Finally disconnect the fuel line from the high pressure pump to the fuel rail, switch on the car,(dont start) and check that fuel comes out from the low pressure pump in the tank. Possibly also a dirty fuel filter or water/petrol in the system.

Fault named P1191 - Fuel pressure sensor - could be caused by fuel pressure sensor, or wiring, or problem in fuel system or problem with ECU (rearly).

Now the Solution..

The Timing belt was torn...
Unfortunaly MES didn`t show me the Camshaft sensor Fault.. just the Fuel pressure Fault. This was very confusing to me..
