I think, but I am not 100% sure that you will get free updates for 1 year after you purchase that package...

Updates for the Multiplexed package are the same as for the normal package.
Free for a year, then buy a new license for a further 12 months - so 50 Euro through the FES site, or you can buy a promo code through a distributor.
