Multiecuscan 3.0 released!

Hi,

I just released multiecuscan 3.0.2 to fix the problem with data language changing to English on its own.

I just released multiecuscan 3.0.1 to fix some licensing problems.

I released Multiecuscan 3.0 today.

There are some major changes in this version and I decided to make it 3.0.
One of the big changes is that I started adding modules without full support - It is much easier (and faster) to add reading of module Info and error codes than to add all functionality (like Info, DTC, Parameters, Actuators, Adjustments). So, I decided to include error reading coverage for many modules (inluding almost all types of air condition modules) first, and then add the rest of the functionality.

The changes are:
- Improved connection stability with VagCom/KKL interfaces
- Added "Test" function for VagCom/KKL interfaces which reports the interface latency. Also added a setting to which improves the communication stability with high latency VagCom/KKL interfaces.
- Improved support for 800x600 screens
- Added graph scrolling with left/right arrow keys
- Improved graph precission and added setting to control redraw frequency
- Added function to display miles instead of kilometers
- Fixed the problem with high memory usage and slow loading on Windows 7 x64
- Improved vehicle scan function
- Improved interface message before connection. It now displays the required pin/switch and properly identifies which vehicles require 3-pin adapter.
- Added Portuguese(BR) data language
- Added more PROXI configuration options

Great work, Yani! On the supported vehicles table, there are this vehicles to verificate as 3-pin adapter: GTV/Spider 1.8 TS and 2.0 TS cee F2 (MY98, but not indicated as MY98 and no cee F3) and MY98 Fiat Multipla.... If I don't have a mistake, they don't have the EOBD connector.
