Hi,

My Air bag fault warning light is on.

I used the free version of Fiat ECU scan (2.3.1) and got the following errors

22 - Curtain airbag squib (passenger) Value too high Present 140

Can you confirm whether or not the free version allows you to clear this error once it has been fixed?

Or do I need the paid for version?

It just that the free version cleared down the following ECU errors

U1706 - Engine > ABS data line No signal Stored Light ON
P0500 - Vehicle Speed Signal No signal Stored Light ON

Yes, you can clear the errors with the free version.

When the error state is present, it will stay even after you clean it.
Because it's present and ECU will find it immediately and will store it in memory.
Sounds logical ?

U can erase stored errors, present errors cannot be erased.
Check cables and connectors of the curtain...
