Post by yani » 12 Dec 2009, 19:58

Hi,

I released version 1.4 today. These are the major improvements:
- Added Marelli SELESPEED CFC208F support
- Added Marelli SELESPEED CFC209F support
- Added Lucas EBC 430 ABS support
- Added TRW Electric Power Steering support (you need to connect your cable to pin 9 for this ECU)
- Improved communication stability on slower systems
- Added checking for new versions on starup

Yani,
I tried ver1.4 on 156 Selespeed Petrol car. Unfortunately it can't communicated it and can't established the connection with Selespeed gearbox. Is this version only talking to Diesel/JTD selespeed?

Try to connect again. It should connect correctly the 2nd time. I will try to investigate the problem and release a fixed version.

It should work for all Fiat/Alfa/Lancia cars that have selespeed CFC208F or CFC209F. Just to note that the selespeed gearbox is connected to pin 7 of the diagnostic connector.

It didn't. i tried on both petrol version of 156 and 147 2.0 selespeed. Both facing connection issue and not able to get "connected" signal. I was excited :D but it can't

Hi Guys,

I just posted an updated version - Multiecuscan 1.4.1
The only improvement is a fix in the connection code.
I hope that all problems when connectiong to the ABS or Selespeed will be resolved.

Fiat Multipla 1.9 JTD can be either "Bosch EDC15 Diesel Injection (1.9)" or "Bosch EDC15C7 CF3/EOBD Diesel Injection (1.9, 2.4)". Did you try both of them?
