CanTieCar proxy alignment

I have first generation of cantiecar interface. My problem is that i cant connect to proxy alignment with my Fiat Ducato 2017, all other connection works, is my interface to old?

I'm not a CanTieCar user or expert but I gather the devices firmware can be updated to support other stuff and correct previously know problems.

Suggest you investigate this course of action.

My cantiecar is v 2.1, I dont know if it possible to update firmware so it can handle the new protocol Fiat came with 2015?

Contact CanTieCar support and ask them. If not they may have an cheeper upgrade offer for you.

No luck with CanTieCar support, they send me back to MultiEcuScan developer.

What is your actual Ducato model? There are many listed here: https://www.multiecuscan.net/SupportedVehiclesList.aspx

Later models require the A3 adapter.

If your CantieCar can't support the required A3 wiring then and actual A3 adapter may work.

You can also ask MES support about older CanTieCar adapter compatibility.

Also looking at the CanTieCar website only their adapters from Version 3 ownard support the OBD 16 connection/wiring the adapter A3 provides.

Please NOTE! I'm not familiar with or have any CantieCar kit so what I post here is my attempt to help. I could also be wrong!
