Fiat Ducato "Incorrect Sequence" error

We are currently having an issue with the MES software, we have just replaced a 2017 Fiat Ducato’s gearbox with a new one.

When trying to carry out the selespeed adjustments (adjustments include: Clutch drain, Final calibration, Clutch final calibration and New clutch adjustment) it comes up with “Incorrect Sequence” then the procedure stops. We have tried to carry this out on 3 different Ducato’s we have with us and the same message appears on all of them. We have never experienced this issue up until now.

We have tried contacting MES support but they have not been able to figure out what is wrong.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and if so how did you guys fix it?
