I have had to reinstall the OS on my laptop, the hardware has not changed and I still have my licence key however I can't seem to unlock it and it won't let me enter the hardware key in the e-mail. Its regsisted to the same E-Mail as I have used to join the forum

Is the Hardware Key actually the same? Did you note it down when you installed MES originally?
Whilst MES mentions "Hardware Key" this may be affected by OS removals/installs.
Suggest you contact MES Support your license key, current harware key and any purchare proof you have.
