2021 Fiat Ducato problems

Post by PatMoore » 21 Feb 2023, 17:34

I've just purchased Multiecuscan and it works fine on a 2011 Fiat 500, but I'm having some problems on a 2021 Pilote motorhome, based on an X290 chassis.

1. ECU scan shows no SGW module. I can connect to the engine ECU and see/clear fault codes OK. I successfully ran the oil change procedure.
2. Service Reset fails with an "Invalid ISO Code" error. Reported ISO code is 00 03 40 6B 16. I used the yellow connector as instructed. I tried a couple of times and also saw some intermittent semaphore errors.
3. Scan reports one unknown ECU for the ABS - ISO code 00 06 50 64 16. (Engine, Urea, Auto box and Body ECUs seem to be recognized by scan.)

Does Multiecuscan fully support Ducato 2021 models? How can I complete a service reset? I'm using a bluetooth ODBLinkLX purchased from Gendan.

Thanks,
Pat.

"invalid ISO code" is warning that your module ISO code is not yet included in MES. if you want it to be included do full scan and send report to MES support.

Will do. However, the full scan (without the yellow adapter) doesn't show the 00 03 40 6B 16 module that's in the error message below.

what stops you from doing scans with/without adapters and sending reports ;)
