Fiat Punto - register new key with MES

Hello, I have a Fiat Punto (199, BXB1A) and my key with remote control is broken. Does MES version 3 support
registration of a new key ? IAW is Magneti Marelli 5SF8.E4
If yes, the key must be "pre-encoded" or can I just replace the internal card with a new one of the same type (I've found
from online reseller from 12 euros) ?
