Fiat punto - add new key

Hi, I've broken my Fiat Punto key (the one with remote control)
I've read that MES can register a new key, but not always; my car is Fiat (Grande) Punto (199), specific model
is BXB1A, IAW Magneti Marelli 5SF8.E4 . I've found the internal key's card replacement. With MES version 3

can I register a new key ? I have the secret code
