Convergence Telematic Module (Blue&Me) Removal

Post by DaveDevil » 30 May 2021, 17:06

Hello,

I think my Blue&Me module broke. I can't connect to it, and my odometer is flashing.

I don't use that module, because I already removed the RadioNav module 2 years ago, and I deactivated from the proxy the radio module by changing byte 38 from 42 to 02 (suggested by an user here)

I saw online that the B&M module costs more than 150 euros. I don't want to spend so much money only for being able to realign the proxi!

Does anyone know the correct byte to edit for module removal?

Thanks to anyone responding!

P.S. The car is a Giulietta 2011 1.4

check in CAN Setup screen if B&M module is shown as removed. if yes, perform proxi - should remove it and odo will stop flashing.

Hello,

Follow this tutorial. I used this to remove the Blue&Me module on a Punto and worked perfectly.

I removed it, and it showed as removed, but the proxi align failed.

Apparently, before attempting alignment the module must be removed with the battery disconnected!

I have been told to change manually byte 38 from value 42 to 02.

It worked for me

Also in the proxy settings menu? And then perform proxy alignment?

Thank you!

You have to manually edit the proxy value. I don't remember where to do it, I'm on vacation right now and I don't have my laptop with me
