Windows XP driver issue

I've installed the software on my XP laptop but I'm getting this message.

Error Code 39:
A required device driver is missing. A required binary file is corrupted. A driver that is referencing an entry point in another binary file is unable to load.

I then tried putting it on my Windows 10 laptop but obviously as it's now registered on the old XP laptop.

Can't help with your driver problem but you can transfer the license from your XP laptop to your W10 laptop. See the user manual and/or the Register on lower left corner of MES panel.
