Licence transfer to a new laptop

Hi,
In 2012 I bought the license and installed Multiecuscan on a PackardBell laptop. After 10 years it died. My original license is from the early days and could be transferred to a new PC after cancelling the key on the old one. Unfortunately, I can't as my old PC is totally dead.
I contact sales and support 2 weeks agoaand no answer so far.
Therefore this call for help.
I use it to monitor, check for errors, reset oil change counter of my Suzuki SX4 still running fine.
