Alfa GT Service reset requires ELM327 connection

Post by pubsinger » 14 Apr 2010, 09:09

Hi there

I'm connected via a K-Line/VagCom interface and when trying to use the new Service Reset feature of Multiecuscan V2.1 it gives a connection error saying it needs a ELM327 connection.

The 'How To Use' page does not say any other sort of cable is needed other than the K-Line cable, am I doing something wrong, or do I have to buy a new ELM327 cable to use this feature?

All the best

You have to buy elm327 interface, because to reset service interval you have to connect via can.
