Failed to execute

Post by CraigRobbo » 15 Sep 2019, 16:36

Hey guys, a couple of questions RE MultiEcuScan & my Issue.

159 2.4 JTDM

So, my milage seems to be flashing - According to some searches its a Canbus error, so get her plugged in and nothing shows, no faults nothing.

Second issue is I've been having some engine issues, and decided to do an adaptions reset, along with MAF Pressure sensor & injectors - Every time I try to run any of these adaptations I just get "failed to execute" - All other funtions work, including coding injectors, graphs etc...Its just these three I cannot reset/align

A flashing odometer is generally associated with/related to a CAN Bus PROXI issue. e.g. vehicle module/nodes missing or not being correctly configured.

Suggest you do a Proxi Alignment tests and see what specific issues are reported. Proxi issues do not normally flag up as normal error codes and/or activate the car's MIL light.
