Fiat Panda Invalid ISO code

Post by EnIgMa » 10 Apr 2010, 17:24

Hi,
first question:

what's not supported on my mother's car?
http://img688.imageshack.us/img688/161/pandam.jpg
i got this using ecuscan 2.0 and an elm 1.3a interface.
If i continue i can read fault codes and sensors, but i didn't want to try actuators test or other things.
it's a fiat new panda 1.2 8v, year 2007.

last question:
what have i to do on the main screen, before connecting to ecu?
do i have to manually choose the Brand/Model//Ecu on the list?
Or, it's just a list of what is supported and when i connect to ecu the software auto-recognize the ecu/car model?

thank you!

Hi,

You have to select the correct ECU in the window with ECU list.
If you don't know what is your car's ECU then you can try all 4 options that are listed for your car and the one that does not give you ISO error is the correct one.
