Alf giulietta programming tail light

Hello
In Denmark the Alfa Giulietta 2011 is delivered wiht tail light off wehn driving in daylight wiht DRL front on.
Alfa can not make the rear light on in OE programmer/tester.
Is it posibal to make that setting wiht mulitecuscan ????
This is a problem in EU
