not connect to engine ECU

Today I tried multiecuscan on my alfa 147 jtd 115cv but does not connect to engine ECU, which is the problem? but works well with ABS and airbags :|

Do you have all pins connected in the cable? I think you need pin 7 for ECU...
And did you select the right ECU model?

update the drivers for your lead and reduce the buffer latency that worked for me.
