Re: next service reset in Fiat Bravo 2008 1.6 120cv with CN+

I really have no idea what happens...
The CN does not store (or calculate) service distance. The service distance and period is managed by the instrument cluster control module.
The CN reads this information from the instrument cluster using CAN network. It is a display-only function. The instrument clusted sends message "30000 km to service" and the connect nav reads this message and shows 30000 km....
So, if you take any CN unit from any car and just connect it to your car it should show the service distance from your car.

You can try to change the units to "miles" and try to reset it this way... and then change back to "kilometers"... but I'm not very optimistic that this could make any difference

It is possible that this is a bug in the instrument cluster firmware...
