Alfa GT 3.2 (Not connected)

Hi, I bought a KKL cable (VagCom 409.1). My car is an Alfa GT 3.2 V6.
I installed the cable drivers but can not get the program to connect to the ECU of my car. The program says "CONNECTING TO ECU", but the message disappears of the screen.
Where is the problem? The COM port is well selected.
