Hi Everyone

I also just joined this community as I have an Alfa Romeo 156 2.0 TS, y'99

I also accidently triggered the Airbag lamp and have this blue unconverted VAG KKL adapter.
Now I try to navigate through loads of information and forums and I get a little spoofed, although I have tried the free version, which does'nt allow me to clear the lamp.

Allright - I suppose that I must get the Multiecuscan 4.7 REGISTERED. Any reason why this would'nt be a plug and play?

A word of personal experience: be wary of the entirely blue KKL cables. I got mine in the mail today, and the USB connector was some bootleg shit, and the contacts were recessed way too much into the phelonic white spacer thing, and one of the pins had broken in the connector. I had to do a transplant and solder in a new USB cable to the OBD side to make it work.

Hello everyone, i bought the interface in the pic below. When i try to connect, it doesn't work. MultiECUscan recognize it, but it doesn't connect really or show any codes when i do a diagnostic. If i try the "Connect" feat on the software, it says that i need ELM37/OBDkey to connect...

P.S., my car is a Punto Abarth from 2009.

Your problem is that this is the wrong interface.

All Punto post 2003 (03) use the CANBus network and protocols and not the VAG KKL.
