OBD connector location on Brava JTD105 99

Post by bded » 27 Apr 2011, 07:09

Does anyone know where to find connector for ECU because it could not find it. On my Marea TD100 on passengers side by shock absorber are 2 connectors: one which has cover that says M.T.A. does not work, but right next to him is an identical connector with the wires of the same color and FES works fine with it ... but on the Brava that other connector is missing, and with first FES doesen't work, so I am interested its location.

I think all Fiat Brava cars have a 3 pin connectors:
- one for ABS,
- one for ENGINE, &
- one for AIRBAG.

3 pin ABS connector is usually located on the shock absorber (driver side);
3 pin ENGINE connector is usually located behind the engine (between left and right shock absorbers) or on the left shock absorber (passenger side);
3 pin AIRBAG connector is usually located under dashboard at the passenger side (where you put your feet when you are sitting on passenger seat).

cheers ;)
