Just plugged in to my alfa 156jtd 1.9 04 plate for first time.
Got fault code i expected, so all ok there.
bottom left of screen red flashing..Latencey too high.
what does this mean and what should i do about it?

Hi all.
Just plugged in to my alfa 156jtd 1.9 04 plate for first time.

You need to change KWP2000 settings!
Go to Settings menu (or press F9) and then find KWP2000 small rolling down window. Click on it! You have 4 different options which you can use (Default, Slow, Fast...). Just select one of those options and then connect to your car. If you do not see "Latency too high" flashing on the left bottom side than you have selected good option!
