It is sufficient for all systems?
'cause I can not connect the instrument panel
a Fiat Doblo '1.9 mjet 8v 2007 cause I asked a OBDKey - 1:40 OBDKey without adapter that I did not have.

The last time I checked the supported vehicles list (http://www.multiecuscan.net/SupportedVehiclesList.aspx), every vehicle application that used an OBDKey interface is also covered by either an ELM or KKL interface, so you should not need the OBDKey aswell.
The only adaptor Gendan does not supply that you may need is the 3-pin adaptor for some of the early models.
