entering the key code in to fiat eu scan??? help

hi guys

right i have my key code card in front of me! im going to put it in to the security 5 digit boxes 0 0 0 0 0

but the key card does not have a five digit code??? as apears on the card (# FOR EACH DIGIT) can anyone tell me exactly how to enter the number and in what order????

The numbers you have posted are for the car's Visteon radio. The car's security codes ae different.
