Ulysse connection problem

Trying to connect into the old mans ulysse and just can't. I got in a couple of times but it said incorrect ISO click y or n to proceed, tells me there are no faults but he has lights on the dash so there is. Does FES work on a ulysse. If I plug into my stilo it works brill
