[Grande Punto] Self-adaption parameters reset

Post by EnIgMa » 03 Feb 2011, 00:14

Hi,
I'm going to use this function on next days so I want to be sure to use is correctly.

This is the description:
This function restores the original factory-set values of the auto-adaptation parameters in the control unit maps.
WARNING: After the reset of the self-adaptive parameters, or after workshop repairs with disconnection of battery or control unit reprogramming, remember to carry out climate control learn procedure (key on MAR with climate control on for one minute).
So I have to turn the dashboard on and press "execute", right?
then?
what's about climate control learn procedure?
is it for automatic climate?

I have manual....and I already did a couple of ecu reprogramming and no-one told me to do anything...except to run about 1-200Km to allow the ecu to learn new parameters...

I'm interested, too.

What about key OFF/ON for 30secs? Is it necessary?

Thanks
