problem with fiat punto 1.2 16v '99

Post by Dervis » 25 Oct 2010, 07:39

hello,

this is my configuration:
pc with windows 7 + elm 327 + multiecuscan 2.5 free

I used them with a fiat panda 1.1 mpi 2002... there are no problem and all parameters were successfully read.

I tried them with a fiat punto 1.2 16v '99... ecu is recognized but when i try to connect with ecu program says something like "impossible to connect, you need a registerd version" ( i dont remeber exact words ).

why i have this problem?

is possible to read ecu of fiat punto without buy full program version?

thank you
