sorry new to the forum - may be a bit thick!
is there anyway of looking at the cam sensor? no fault stored other than misfire on all cylinders.
Crank sensor already replaced but no change.
Car runs perfectly but orange MCF light comes on at 4k rpm....

Only if cam sensor info is passed on by engine ECU. I doubt it is.
You'll have to look at another way of spying on the sensor signal.
